6. Our Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)

This section applies specifically to users of our mobile applications (“the App”) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The App functions as a mobile interface to our Website.

  • a) For iOS Users: App Tracking Transparency (ATT) In compliance with Apple’s policies, our iOS app will ask for your permission to track your activity. When you first launch the App, a system pop-up will appear with the following options:

    • Ask App Not to Track: If you select this option, our App will signal our Website to automatically disable all non-essential Analytics and Advertising cookies for your session.   • b) For Android & Other Users Our Android app, like our Website, relies on our cookie consent banner (provided by CookieYes) to manage your privacy choices. We will only retain your data for as long as necessary. By law, we keep basic customer and order information for six years for tax purposes. Other data is retained only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for.
